A new line of compact, space efficient, adaptable homes (also known as Accessory Dwelling Units or ADUs) that are designed and built by Quality Homes to help support affordable housing solutions.

Our Suites are CSA A277 certified and offer larger square footage than a traditional tiny home. No lofts, no stairs. It’s comparable to a regular four-season detached home, just in a smaller footprint.

Every municipality has different requirements and regulations regarding ADUs. We provide an initial assessment package based on your zoning and existing service conditions.

Quality Homes provides an initial assessment to guide your project, helping you choose your design. Based on your selections, we construct your home in our own production facility and then deliver it to your lot.

A fully finished home that is delivered and set onto your foundation. We provide construction drawings, all interior and exterior décor selections, as well as a Tarion warranty.

Providing a lot or space on your existing property for your Suite. Plus, with our team’s guidance, obtaining permits, foundation installation, site prep and grading, as well as site service hook-ups like hydro, water, septic/sewer (where necessary). Our Suites don’t require gas/propane, as all mechanical equipment provided by Quality Homes is electric.
