Assisting with the early planning stages and selecting a design that suits both your needs and budget, to signing contracts and coordinating financing, our Sales Team is committed to bringing your dreams to life.

DRAFTING

Taking all of the information related to your lot and your design needs, our Drafting Team are expert architectural technologists who work behind the scenes to create the official floorplans for your new Quality Home. Turning your sketches and contract into production drawings, ready for permit while adhering to all CSA certifications and Ontario Building Code, plus Quality Homes standard practices for designing and building modular homes.

DESIGN & DECOR

Our in-house Décor Consultant, Melinda, is here to take your design dreams and make them a reality. You’ll meet with them one-on-one in our Design Studio where they will guide you through the process of choosing all of your exterior and interior finishes for your home. From our beautifully curated high quality selections from our trusted suppliers, you have everything in one place to truly personalize your Quality Home.

PURCHASING

Working hand-in-hand with our long-standing partners and suppliers, our Purchasing Team sources and secures all of our quality products and materials for your Quality Home. Whether it be our included features and finishes, or any custom requests, they ensure that every home is built on schedule and every detail is exactly right, so that you can move into your new home right on time.

PERMITS

Tackling one of the most important steps in the building process, our in-house Permit Coordinator, Kimberley, helps assist you in obtaining building permits for your Quality Home. Making sure that your home can be completed legally and without delays, they work with you to prepare all of the documents required, and will help you navigate details related to zoning, municipality bylaws, conservation, septic, etc.

CONSTRUCTION

Headed up by our Plant Supervisors, our Construction Team is responsible for building your home to the highest standards in our indoor climate-controlled, CSA-certified facility in Kenilworth, with quality control at every stage of the build. Our team of highly skilled craftspeople are each an expert in their field, including trusses, framing, electrical, plumbing, exterior finishing, drywall, paint, and interior finishing.

SITE & WARRANTY

Our Site Team manages, plans, schedules and coordinates all site activities for your home, including foundation installation, supervising the setting of modules using our crane operator, and any onsite finishing. They work closely with you during the detailed Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) when the house is completed and then signed off. Our Customer Care Team looks after any warranty or service query, ensuring complete satisfaction in your Quality Home for years to come.
