#9: Most Popular Build Location: Wasaga Beach

We have built many beautiful Quality Homes across Central & Southwestern Ontario this year, but one location seemed to be the most popular…Wasaga Beach!

Located on the southern end of Georgian Bay, Wasaga Beach is home to breathtaking landscapes, a beautiful waterfront, amazing local businesses, and more. Known as a popular vacation spot, many Quality Homeowners have chosen to either settle down in the vibrant and scenic town or build a secondary vacation home.

#8: Most Popular Home Design: Rosseau

The Rosseau is one of our all-time most popular designs. The beautiful 1,848 sq. ft. bungalow features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a spacious open-concept plan that is perfect for family living or entertaining guests. With two bedrooms and a full bathroom at the front of the house and the primary bedroom with an ensuite and walk-in closet at the back.

Although the design is part of our Cottage Collection, it works beautifully on rural or urban lots as one of our most popular Bungalow Designs.

#4: New Sturgeon Falls Sales Centre/Model Home

Our Sturgeon Falls Team has moved down the road! Built into a stunning Lakefield model, we can’t wait for you to see firsthand the beauty and excellence of our factory-built homes.

#3: New Stoney Creek Sales Centre

We have relocated our Grimsby Team to Stoney Creek – just 10 minutes up the road! We are currently putting the finishing touches on our brand new sales centre located at 435 McNeilly Road Unit 102. Our new space will provide an innovative customer experience, and the opportunity for you to see firsthand some interior elements of our custom builds, including a stunning Modern Farmhouse kitchen by our cabinetry partner Woodland Horizon.

Featuring the latest and greatest in decor and design, our Rosseau Model Home not only moved from Grimsby to our Kenilworth location, but it also got a facelift!

In 1987, decades ahead of the curve, Quality Homes introduced a high-tech modular construction process that combines art and science to create homes that aren’t only beautiful but built to last. We were ahead of the curve then, and we haven’t stopped trailblazing since.

With over 3 decades of modular building experience, we have built more than 3500 homes making homeowners’ dreams come true. We are thankful to our team, partners and customers for continuing to support our dream.
