A versatile collection of bungalow, two-storey, and cottage designs, these seven new plans range from two to four bedrooms, covering the whole spectrum of shapes and sizes to adapt to the needs of our diverse homeowners. While some are brand new designs, and some are old favourites given a modern refresh, they’re all the blend of beautiful and functional that you expect from a Quality Home. REIMAGINING OLD FAVOURITES

The Riverstone

A fresh new take on our most popular design, The Riverstone’s bold new makeover offers a variety of styles and layouts, depending on your needs. Between two charming elevations and three interior combinations, this compact bungalow cleverly offers layouts including 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms plus ensuite, or 2 bedrooms plus 2 full bathrooms, all within a 1,248 sq.ft. footprint. On the outside, the differences are seen in Riverstone A’s beautiful full-length porch with plenty of space to relax, and Riverstone B’s striking roofline detailing, but you’ll have to see for yourself! It’s the perfect design for a small lot, with the flexibility to perfectly match your lifestyle including the option for an attached garage in each design.

The Lakefield

One of our highly popular three-bedroom cottage designs, The Lakefield, also got a refresh this year! By changing the layout of the laundry room, foyer, and staircase, this charming 1,402 sq.ft. cottage has a welcoming entrance to greet you and your guests. But let’s not forget the most impressive part of The Lakefield – the vaulted ceilings in the main living area create a breathtaking space to entertain, unwind, or come together. The kitchen/dining/living spaces have been opened up completely offering a seamless transition from the kitchen straight through to the great outdoors. The redesigned exterior has been upgraded with modern windows to maximize views and natural light. There is also an option to include an attached garage with ease of access from the foyer.

The Simcoe

Another one of our most popular bungalows, The Simcoe has been given a stylish modern upgrade. Maintaining the classic elements like the incredible wrap-around porch and the three spacious bedrooms, this 1,674 sq.ft. design has had the most dramatic improvement. We’ve opened up the living room, raised it to the same level, and created one big, beautiful, open concept living space. A versatile laundry room/mudroom combo acts as a convenient breezeway connecting the garage to the main home, with options to customize to best match your lifestyle.

The Mapleton

A brand new 1,581 sq.ft. bungalow perfectly suited to a narrow lot, The Mapleton was cleverly designed to separate the home into main living spaces and private spaces. With all bedrooms on one side of the home, and an expansive kitchen, living, and dining room all continuing from the front foyer, entertaining is endlessly convenient. Designed for modern lifestyles, The Mapleton also includes a home office or optional third bedroom to accommodate the whole family.

The Wellington

Designed with flexibility in mind through an efficient floorplan, The Wellington is a 1,671 sq.ft. bungalow with an incredibly versatile laundry/mud room combination at the front of the home. Not only is it a great place to store your Wellies, but this adaptability allows you to have more (or less!) storage, depending on your needs. The three bedrooms are conveniently tucked away on the far side of the house for a quiet, private space, with two full bathrooms including a Primary ensuite. And with a beautiful open concept living space featuring lots of windows for ample natural light, it’s a bright, beautiful family home with a striking exterior to welcome you each day.

The Harrington

Last, but certainly not least, The Harrington is a spacious two-storey home that’s perfect for a narrow lot, boasting four full bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a private office in a spectacular 2,400 sq.ft. What’s more, the stunning modern kitchen includes a Butler’s Pantry just around the corner, for extra storage, an extra sink, and a little extra luxury.
