The design they created takes inspiration from the Trent’s walk-out basement and vaulted ceilings, but curated to suit their lifestyle and their lot. VERSATILE OUTDOOR LIVING

On top of the bright, modern interiors, the outside of their new cottage was just as stylish. A covered front porch with a peaked roof welcomes them home every day, and in the back, a full-length deck is the ultimate outdoor living space.

With enough room for lounging, dining, and then some, the deck is adjacent to their main living room for effortless access. Below, a covered patio is home to their barbeque and another sitting area accessible from the walk-out basement. And to top it all off, panoramic views of the lake and the woods are the backdrop to every peaceful moment.

THEIR HOMEBUILDING JOURNEY

Once their design was completed, the Quality Homes Team got to work at creating Joe and Brenda’s dream vacation home. Demolition of the old cottage was completed and the debris was cleared out without impacting the many mature trees on their property.
