We’ve diligently prepared our production factory to make it safe for our workers to come back to work and get back to building our customers’ dream homes!
As of May 11th, our Kenilworth factory has been operating at a reduced rate where our skilled tradespeople are fully equipped with personal protective equipment and are practicing social distancing wherever possible in order to ensure all safety measures are being adhered to.

Please note, any visits to the sales office will be by appointment only to allow for cleaning before and after. Customers attending scheduled on-site appointments will be required to complete a health pre-screening, and we ask that everyone practice social distancing and wear a facial covering during visits.
Quality Homes has started phasing in the delivery and installation of homes and cottages for customers on our production schedule. All on-site staff and customers will be required to wear full personal protective equipment, and safety protocol signage will be on-site.
